Summer Speed Track Workouts

These weekly track workout sessions are coached by Mark Lorenzoni on Wednesdays mornings (early) from mid-June to late August and are open to runners of all ages and abilities. Mark designs the weekly workouts and breaks folks into groups based on goals and abilities. Each week 20-30 people participate in these challenging but fun workouts.

There is no cost or signup…simply show up! Call Ragged Mountain in late May for the specific meeting time and location (usually the UVa track).
